Replacement Policy


We have a 7-day replacement policy. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot accept your replacement request.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following are NOT eligible for a replacement:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our fault.
  • The item has already been used.
  • 7 days have gone by since you received your order
  • Change of mind of customer


To complete your replacement request, we require the following to be sent to support@peachbonita.com:

  1. Proof of purchase (Screenshot of order confirmation email or SMS)
  2. Order details (Order no. and full name used to place the order)
  3. Video of defective item
  4. Description of the issue encountered
  5. (Additional requirement) Be nice to our support team, as they are the key to resolve your concerns as soon as possible. ❤️️

 

Once our support team verifies your concern as valid, they will coordinate to you via email or SMS. We will require for the return of the defective item before we will send the replacement.


Shipping of Defective Items
The customer will be responsible for sending out and paying the shipping fees to return defective items. Shipping fees incurred by the customer will be reimbursed by Peach Bonita.

 

Note: We only replace items with exactly the same variant. Also, we do not offer cash refunds.
